Many PT videos on TH-cam have fix your problem in seconds in the title. The YT algorithm pushes them to the front. I just found this channel by accident, great stuff in a low key format.

Hi, Adel. What things during your PT sessions helped your pain? At the very least, continued rotator cuff strengthening (eccentric if possible) and using heat should be helpful for full tissue healing.
Also, do you have full flexibility in your shoulder, or are you tight into overhead reaching, reaching behind the back, or rotating your arm out away from your body?

Will using ice everyday increase the pain because I prefer ice over heat but that isn't helping

You can try using heat and ice during the day if you'd like. Heat will help increase blood supply and loosen things up, and ice with decrease blood supply and lower inflammation.

Ice helps reduce inflammation, but it also reduces blood flow to the area.
