My experience with ONG's in general is that some of those so called concerned people, live a rich life from donated money. Good hotels, restaurants, the are the best clients for Toyota dealers in poor countries. We need 2 million dollar to construct a factory in such countries to build houses and employ 200 to 400 people to build them. We built pilot houses in various countries, but never got a good contract. Most ONG's are not interested to help, just to get a good life for themselfs. From your donations.
