I had few queries- 1) How long will it take for WHO office to notify your selection after interview and reference check is over? 2) if reference check is over dose it mean your are selected ? 3) will they inform you of you were rejected after the reference check was done? 4) will all candidates selected for all different positions be pooled and taken up for the final cross check? Is that why the delay is happening?
