I go through how I made the design in Adobe Illustrator. After the design was made, I prepped them for cutting in an SVG file. The next step is the cutting process on the vinyl machine. Then comes the weeding process. Finally, the fun part; heat pressing!
I used Siser Easyweed Stretch vinyl
Settings: firm pressure, 320 degrees, 20 seconds (although I ended up pressing it a little bit longer because I felt it needed it).

Quick tip in using AI. At 3:38 you manually aligned the names and numbers, you can use the alignment tools to speed the process up tremendously. If you notice at around 4:35 when you highlighted everything; the alignment tools popped up. (When you grab two or more items, it will automatically pop up) The alignment tools will pop up near the top center right under "Adobe Illustrator 2020". What you can do is, grab the top name, the number and the bottom name, and click on the second from the left on the alignment toolbar. (Has a rectangle and a slightly bigger rectangle under it with a line going thru the middle of both) This will automatically align everything with each other. So there is no need to manually align each one.

I would like to know what you charge for the jerseys? Maybe where you get the blank jerseys and how you determine price according to the number of presses etc. Thank you. Really like your tutorials
I thought you were going to start beginning to end ??? Beginning would mean creating the size, width, length, height of both the names & numbers used 😔

Hi did you say you used 7in tall for the numbers? What about the names on top? Was it 2in? And would you say I would have to go an inch or 2 taller for Adult sizes?

I'm kind of confused when sizing names for jersey, a name will 4 letters should have a different width with a name with 9 letter. Can you help me with that? How I can solve that issue
