Broken needle bearings from the small or big end bearings of the connecting rod, broken ring ends, or a dislodged ring centering pin. All common issues. One thing for sure is debris got in there! I am currently rebuilding an 83 pw80 myself. Good stuff. I look forward to seeing more vids on this build.
Ebay is pretty much my go to for this stuff just for the price, but it sometimes lacks in quality. You can check out rocky mountain atv they have lots of good parts OEM and replacement as well. Good luck
