The entire Prequelle album is deceptively catchy, when lyrically it explores the themes of the Plague, the Church's weaponization of death and suffering, and the personal tragedies of people. This particularly song is actually about a kind of party during the Black death, when people would drink and dance till they passed out, since they knew they had so little time left on Earth. It's from the perspective of two lovers, one of whom was already afflicted by the plague, their story developing across the album. THe video itself tells the story of Sister Imperator (the blonde woman) anointing the first pope of the Ghost church
The song with the sax is Miasma, also from the Prequelle album. It is instrumental and phenomenal, again though, if you are going to watch it get a clip of a live show, their theatrics are awesome.
This song serves a very distinct purpose. Its not necessarily the best song in their catalogue. But it's probably the most fun, if that makes sense. When it hits at the concert, things just seem to elevate as a result. And for that reason, this one is really awesome, haha
