A real shame that we live in a time where it's cheaper to demolish than repurpose. The atisan work is beautiful on all levels. Myguess is that it was built in the early 1980s
The mansion and especially the stairwell looked like it came straight out of Resident Evil 1.
Shame it is now demolished. The workmanship & skill that went into the detail of the fittings & decor.

this place has been demolished as of today, these clips are quite old. i went there on the day before it was demolished and it was so trashed and no power was working. all kitchenware gona and someone had ripped one of the bannisters off.
Yeah i didn’t upload this until demolition was nigh.

Ive been there several times, and i dont remember a lot of that kitchenware being there..... which is weird.

Nice old place. There's a lot of mould and dampness throughout so it's probably got some roof leakage issues. Probably why they're just demolishing it and making more money on apartments. I reckon there's been squatters in there at some stage. Cool video

Sad destroying beautiful homes for Lego blocks apartments. No freedom no more back yards . Stack on top of each other like batteries hens. The future forthe children looks grim . I’m glad I’m nearing the end of my life .

Would be interesting to know background story to this house. To have firstly had sufficient funding to build it in the first place etc...imagine (if of Italian style preference in decor), would have thought owners could have also have been able to afford employing professional advice/assistancd in that type of decor style !! Much too dark, gloomy and seems lacking in decorating taste !
