    This was a really good explanation, thank you! I am dealing with microns, but this still helped me a lot to understand what to consider when choosing pouches. I'm about to buy a laminator and haven't used one before, so it was really hard to decide which pouches to buy. Now I am confident with my decision!

      5ml is equivalent to 125mic, and 3ml to 80mic.

    hi, what is the paper thickness u used in this video? I want to buy a lamination machine to laminate my printed recipes, and plan to use standard photocopier 80-90gsm A4 paper. would this be okay or too thin or should I go for something thicker like 100gsm++?
