I am so late to the game as I just happened to stumble on one of these videos a few days ago (and very glad I did). I have since been binge watching these videos in my spare time and enjoying it very much. Steve sure seemed like a heck of a guy who didn't have a pretentious bone in his body. As much as I enjoy the recipe/cooking aspect of this channel, Steve's personality just steals the show. I can tell he was the kind of guy that everybody loved after meeting him. It's great to see people such as Steve continue to live on through videos and reach others even after they are gone. Glad to see that you are continuing with the show. God bless.

That potato salad looks totally off the hook! I love Steve's funny comments, I had a big smile while watching this whole video like always with his. And I love to sprinkle paprika all over my potato salad as well, but I will add cut up red pepper the next time, cuz that looks super good! Thank you so much.
That’s my potato salad recipe that I have been making for 45 years, only difference is that I steam the potato’s, lemon juice and season with a little salt, because the mayo has salt in it, then fresh cracked pepper & garlic/parsley seasoning.

I cant explain it. but this is a new favorite!!

my mother couldn't cook worth beans! but 2 things should cook, potato salad and fried chicken. now I can cook very well and a lot of different cuisines but I can't master potato my potato comes out potato mush😢ill get it I hope.
