How to refill the scuba tank? Where to refill the scuba tank? What is the cost of refilling the scuba tank? After using up the air from scuba tanks can you refill your scuba tanks?
@charlvanzyl8913 Hi there. They were bought on Ali Express during my stay in the UAE.... Apparently their delivery to SA has been "good"... but still a risk ? Last i looked these guys were reasonable: pelletgun.co.za/
Thanks for the video. You mention that you use a 12v compressor to fill these tanks, do you have any problems with overheating? My compressor manual states that i should avoid running it continously for more than 25 mins.
Hi there. I only "top-up" with my small compressor. It also has a time limit and I do limit its use to less than 30min at a time. The smaller carbon bottles (less than 1L) is fine. The larger ones, 2 & 3L , I filled to 220 bar using my scuba tank. Then topped up to 280 with the compressor. I also always fill my rifle at home before leaving with the compressor (5-8min max). This prevents me using a lot of air from the carbon bottels and then spending long sessions filling them. There are some nice water-cooled , oil filled , compressors aivailable that work great and easily handle 3L carbon cylinders. They are 220V, but with an inverter can run from your car battery, However the purpose of carbon bottels is not having to take our compressors to the field... Have a look at these type. This is from a site in SA, but they are available in most countries. You must however either use slow running water or a bucket with a pump. (Normally supplied) PS: this one can be found cheaper than from this site... even in SA www.google.com/shopping/product/1?client=firefox-b-e&q=12v+300bar+compressor&prds=epd:6740355046464780882,eto:6740355046464780882_0,pid:6740355046464780882&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwicjL-X-Yv-AhU8hv0HHfMDDAwQ9pwGCAU

Hi there. Thank you for the note, but power setting is not relevant in this video... This video is about how many time does the air-tank fill your rifle. Not about how many shots your rifle can fire once it is full. Let's say you soot at full power and get 20 shots before you need to refill, or you shoot at low power and can shoot 40 shots before you need to refill.... You still can only refill a certain amount of times before the air tank you are using to fill your rifle is empty... This video is about how many times that airtank can re-fill your rifle... Many regards and happy hunting !!
Hi there. How much is your oxygen tank rated for. Normally steel tanks are 200bar (about 3000 psi) and some go to 300 bar (4350 psi). If your oxygen tank is rated for 300 bar, fill it to 300 bar, BUT DO NOT over fill your rifle !!! most PCP's are still below 230 bar !! Just watch the gauge as you fill..... Also make sure the tank has been inspected and passed all safety regulation !!
Morning!! 7L @ 300 bar will be several refills. My largest carbon cylinder is 3L @ 300 bar... Trust me that is already a lot of shooting. As I said in the video, so what if your tank reaches less pressure than your rifles max pressure... If your 7L cylinder is down to 220 bar, it will still charge your rifle several times... yes, not to max, but enough to get many shots. The 7L is also not too bulky and a good choice if you are only going to buy 1. Enjoy !!
Is that a PUNCHER BREAKER and what caliber and have you had any problams with it and one more question please how much fps is it shooting and what pellet is most accurate out of it. Thank you.
Hi their John. Yes it is a Kral Puncher. That one has a regulator that I fitted. ( th-cam.com/video/IwCkdBye-rc/w-d-xo.html&t ) I have owned 4 Puncher up to now. They are great value and very reliable. This one however had a poorly machined receiver (cocking system) inside. I do think that it was just one that slipped passed the quality control. It worked perfectly, but was scratched inside. I got them to replace it.... The puncher loves the JSB 18.13grain pellets and shoots almost 900fps. Mine after regulator fitted was VERY accurate, but speed was 830fps if I remember correctly... Regards JB
