- In this video I explained by 2D animation how CONDOR SS PCP Airgun works. Simple animation, Name of parts, disassembly of gun, trigger mechanism, pellet fire mechanism. Other models like Talon and Texan can also be understood by this mechanism.

i thought these have regulator adjustment on the outside but it seems to be just hammer spring tension.. but i like that the air is coming in a straight line but i would not feel comfortable to hold a 200 bar pressure container against my face :D

Принцип действия понятен, а конструкция ерундовская. Впервую очередь выйдут из строя уплотнительные колечки, отмеченные зелёным цветом, из-за постоянного движения при перезарядке.
Infect O-rings are used in PCP Airguns are highly quality. Which are made up of teflon that can bear rapid movement, pressure and temperature.
@@AirGunMech, колечки, это лишь часть будущих поломок винтовки. В конструкции слишком много подвижных частей. Взять к примеру соединяющую ствол и клапан втулку - при движении к клапану она сходит с направляющей (ствола), а это вызовет неизбежный перекос втулки и заклинивание.
Есть действующий образец этой винтовки? Или она всего-лишь на чертеже?
This drawing is for an existing PCP gun called Condor Ss. Condor SS is a powerful PC airgun. You can check its review on internet. However, the o-rings of every PCP gun need to be changed after one year or as requirement. You are right about distortion of o-rings.
@@user-qf8gk3py3bэто не наихудшее, что может с ней случиться, в классической схеме при большом калибре выходит в основном из строя сам клапан и он, в основном, из капролона при таком раскладе такая система с уплотнительными кольцами и таким клапаном долго не протянет, возможно выстрелов 500-600. Многие мастера отказались уже давно от капролоновых клапанов и вместо них используют шайбы из капролона или чего-то ещё твёрже за капролон, а сам клапан делают из титана или же д16т, таким образом уменьшают вес клапана и увеличивают срок службы клапанной группы, поскольку клапан не разорвёт и не пробьёт штоком.

Thanks for watching this video. This drawing is not made in CAD or 3D software according to parts dimensions. This is simply illustration made in Photoshop.
However I have drawn every parts in photoshop on real pictures.

Air Rifle design has not evolved to really produce a more powerful discharge, mainly due to the projectile and driving band issues. A dual gas discharge chamber ( a small and large chamber, with the filled chambers of a small and larger, thus increasing the smaller chamber's pressure as the large chamber drives that small chamber's pressure with a larger diameter cylinder thus increasing the velocity of the projectile.. of course this uses much more gas, but can be used for a much higher initial acceleration of gas usage is desired to be kept lower. Imaging your .25 cal airgun delivering a 660m/s 2.5gram bullet out of the barrel.. with the only down side of having to have a 800mm barrel.... I'm waiting for the next big step.

Please open it in Adobe photoshop. You may know that in Adobe Photoshop there is every object is drawn in a separate layer. When you hide the layer on which gun's body is drawn, the internal structure will appear. You should watch tutorial on TH-cam about how to hide and unhide layers and how to Click on object to select it and move it in Adobe photoshop,

No brother. Infect this is a simple Adobe PS illustration type drawing. You know size and dimensions are not the features of Adobe PS. for this type of mechanical drawings AutoCad is used.

This model is not fully automatic. You have to reload every single pellet.

Hi is the size of everything the same as the original one? I measured the safety ball bearing in your video is about 4mm diameter according to the size of other parts, but from other videos of the airforce safety ball bearing th-cam.com/video/Hq6-HU-Mn8k/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=DavyBoone, at 03'01'', the ball looks like 5.5mm or 6mm diameter. I know this does not make a big difference since in DIY one has to adapt to what he gets, but im just asking in case you do know the exact diameter. thanks.
Hi. Thanx for watching. This video is just simple illustration designed in Photoshop. You know in the photoshop the dimensions and measurements are not necessary. The dimensions and measurements are parts of AutoCAD designs. So in this video I just animated the parts of gun in a simple way. I haven't kept in view the exact dimensions and measurements.
