No useless chit chat or time wasting on things that did not matter and nothing has been skipped at the same time. I loved the explanations on why you were doing what you were doing and then quickly showing us the results instead making large changes and then showing us the front end at the end. I had feared that this would be something I would not understand as I am quite new to Wordpress. But after watching this video, that fear was removed thanks to you and I feel much much confident in building my online store now. I understood everything you did. uthaya kumaran Krishnan Hey uthaya, I responded to someone with a similar question with this: When you go to "mystile", "theme options", "homepage", "featured image" click on "upload image" and find the file on your computer. Then, click on "edit image" scroll down towards the bottom where your image is showing fairly largly and click on it, hold, and drag your mouse accross the image and select the part you want to crop. Then, with the correct part selected, click on the crop icon which should be to the far upper left of your image right above it. Then, click on "save right beneath the image and scroll down and click on "use featured image" towards the bottom and save the change in your settings area. Hopefully that well help you resize it.

I had a few issues following along (but nothing major) due to the fact that wordpress had been updated since you made the video, and some of the areas had change compared to the one you used. I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for this step-by-step video tutorial. I have successfully setup my online store by just watching your video. You have highlighted very important note to remove one plugin to make the Cart working. Prior watching your video I follow others video to setup my store & the cart was malfunction. No matter how fancy my site is, if the cart fails I cannot start my business at all. Thanks god I found your video. I can do my business online now !

When you go to "mystile", "theme options", "homepage", "featured image" click on "upload image" and find the file on your computer. Then, click on "edit image" scroll down towards the bottom where your image is showing fairly largly and click on it, hold, and drag your mouse accross the image and select the part you want to crop. Then, with the correct part selected, click on the crop icon which should be to the far upper left of your image right above it. Then, click on "save right beneath the image and scroll down and click on "use featured image" towards the bottom and save the change in your settings area.
Hopefully that well help you resize it.

I was a complete novice on wordpress and woocommerce, but with your help I feel a lot more confident now. I had a few issues following along (but nothing major) due to the fact that wordpress had been updated since you made the video, and some of the areas had change compared to the one you used. 1) I would look into using the Storefront theme (free and from woothemes.com). There is a header widget area that you could use a text widget in to add your text. I have another video using the Storefront theme here: th-cam.com/video/99TcAQ0kDsM/w-d-xo.html
2) I would use picmonkey.com and or pixlr.com for banners.
