It’s a 2 inch lift by hm4x4, tire size is stock but with negative et -12

Only thing I would change, counter sink the screws on the bash bar, they could get sheared off and become a problem!

Well it’s not a bmw M5, but it’s totally manageable! i go at 100, 110km/h, and it’s a more than an acceptable ride sound and vibration wise
Regarding the tyres/wheels, what is the purpose of the -12 offset (more stable?) and how is it achieved (different wheels?). Congratulations on your channel!
Hi! Basically you widen your stance without using spacers (less mechanical parts, the better) and when you lift your car… better compensate that with a negative et! Thanks!

Can you tell me more about your extra tank and how you fixed it on the spare wheel ?
Hi! It’s called rotopax. I bolted the mount to a sort or rope, properly fixed to the spare tyre, and then used the rotopax mount to fix it.

Did you customized it or is it a standard accessory that I can find in the market? Where did you find yours? This type of plaque does not reduce the advantageous of the bonnet about its easier cleaning? Thank you very much!!

What is the total weight of the vehicle with all the mods? I am just afraid to exceed maximum weight with all the extra equipment, especially protection underneath..

Love the way you have set up your jimny but I'm checking my manual and it tells me manufacturers max. weight for the roof is a total of 30kg incl. the racks?? Seems they don't want you to put much weight up there. In Australia this could have implications for insurance and registration.
Probably with standard suspension it’s better to dont load a lot… but with a proper lift kit you can definitely put a rooftop tent and still tackle harsh trails!
30 kg weight limit from manufacturers is actually because of Center of mass and Center of Gravity, But Cm and Cg does matter when vehicle is moving or cornering . When you are camping , you are in state of rest , not in motion. So don't worry about setting up a tent and sleeping in there. But remember weight of roof rack and tent setup should not disturb Physics of car.

@@zZGiftedZz it’s pretty straight forward! I just bought some plainwood for the external part, which i then carpeted with adhesive moquette. I used pvc panels for the moving drawer, and some sliding guides i got on amazon.

What is the stock weight of your car and after all mods...seems a bit too much for a tiny engine to pull these heavy loads.
I am not sure cause i never weighted it, and yeah.. you can definitely notice the extra weight while driving, but i gotta say that even with all the extra weight, it climbed steep inclines with no effort.

How much were the mileage and speed affected by these mods?
A little bit… the extra weight and the aerodynamics are affected, but i couldnt say precisely cause i basically never drove it stock
What about locking differentials. They are very useful in extreme road conditions.
Car has a sensor based automatic Brake Differential.
@@arjitagarwal007 Yes I konw but is by far very different sensor based that mechanical locking differentials. The first are post active the later are preactive which is by far better. In this video th-cam.com/video/13SZNMDoY6k/w-d-xo.html you can see why the sensor based are suffering a lot is extreme off road conditions. Personaly I believe that is worth spending money in mechanical locking rather than other accessories.

It actually handles the extra weight pretty well since the lift kit… it would be a totally different story with stock suspensions, i agree
