I have one of these it’s a great lift but it’s not suitable for all bikes as I have just found out as there aren’t suitable securing attachments available for some bikes the best answer is a bike bench if you have the room
You get supplied u bolts for Harleys to secure to frame, on other bikes you use the supplied u bolts to secure to rider foot pegs. Like most videos on these they don't show you A to Z and this video is no different

Once the bike is lifted, can it be worked on, as in applying heavy torque setting to nuts, which will obviously move the bike potentially.

This is one of the worst lifts I have seen and you need a powerful drill to use it. Not for me.
