Haha. Classic. Bare ankles at Lake Ianthe at14:36. Fully covered up, including gloves at 14:54. Then, finally, 15:28. Yep. Sandflies are friendly little buggers.
Another stunningly beautiful ride Runa, New Zealand really is spectacular👌That sunset was incredible, as was the campsite👌The thing I really love about New Zealand is they ride on the proper side of the road😜
Great job on the video. I've been fortunate to have done two tours of the South Island. The video still doesn't really do it justice. Would love to get back for one more tour as it's a magical place.
Loved your music choice Runa. The little artistic video grabs like panning the camera up from the little breaking shore waves on the lake are Prima. 😁The Kea ambushed me at that Viaduct lookout, 2 or 3 kept me busy at the front and then another 4 or 5 snuck around behind me and jumped up onto the car and tried to peel off the windscreen wiper rubbers. They are so intelligent, gregarious & friendly, it was so funny. Hopefully you got to see some Kea up close on the Milford Sound road at the Homer Tunnel and the other lookouts along there. Wonderful video Runa, thanks so much for sharing.🤩🤩☺🦘🦘
Dear Runa, Thank you for another very enjoyable video, What a lovely spot to set up your tent ⛺️ you must of loved it there. I hope very much that things are getting better and sorted in your private life, Take care of yourself, And I look forward to your next video, Best wishes from Roy in England 🙏👍🙂❤️.
Interesting that you mention your bikes both being grumpy in the morning. 😂 I just returned from a 3,500 miles trip on my 901 Expedition and noticed the same thing with mine every morning.
This particular part of your journey is the most beautiful part of of NZ, the subtropical landscape is beyond what the camera can capture. Wonderful video as always, thank you for sharing ✨🌈
Another great video, on some familiar roads! I'm surprised you didn't see more Kea parrots around Arthur's Pass; when I was there there were several of them hopping around and harassing the tourists. That hiking trail down to the Blue Pools is nice but the sand flies are vicious. You're about to head into some extraordinary scenery - I hope it doesn't coincide with your rainy Saturday! THANKS again for taking us along!
@@OffSheGoesADV That’s absolutely the most optimal for traveling and camping. I defiantly prefer sun instead of rain when camping, but sleeping in tent even when its 15 degrees and the sun rises in the morning and starts to heat up the tent its also a challenge
Gutted about the hokitika gorge track, there is another way from that car park that crosses via the new hokitika gorge bridge and is only 30~40mins to the river and lookout DOC need to put up a clearer sign as the other track can be hard to find.
Exploring the west coast of New Zealand while motorcycle camping on the Norden 901 is an exhilarating adventure! Your passion for discovering new places and your adventurous spirit truly shine through in your journey. It’s inspiring to see you embrace the thrill of the open road and the beauty of nature with such enthusiasm. And I am Floating Village Life, Hit follow and let's explore together!
@@OffSheGoesADV I fully agree on that! We've both been working hard - each in their own way. I've put in a request for 36 hour days combined with 8 day weeks. No one approves it, so slaving on. 😜 Hope you get to have some off time and restore energy in between everything that needs to be done and completed. You are at least you own manager.
It really is! Riding in surroundings that sometimes reminds you of nordic landscapes, and then BOOM, palm trees and other exotic bushes 😂 I do think many of the names are Maori, but I'm not sure!
New Zealand looks like the perfect place to put down roots. It's tranquil, uncluttered, great roads with such diverse scenery. If I believed in the hereafter, this would be the place for me.
Nice video as usual- still open invitation to come to Colorado and ride the COBDR with me or another route if you see something that would make a better episode.
I suspect your views maybe effected by Kinga also doing similar country Runa? Its not that hard to like and comment on both though, as it pays to support those doing it for us all...thankyou!! 😎✌
In New Zealand to get a motorcycle license you do a basic handling skills course and a 30 question multi choice test. So in an out an hour you can go from zero experience to having a license and riding in traffic. I think this is way too easy!
Um, no. its 3 stages taking over two years to get a full license. Maybe short cut if you have a license from another country. After 1st stage, yes you can ride a learner approved bike, but only during the day.
Runa, I see that generally you always tell us what kind of bike you're on---. Are these bikes loaners in exchange for advertising? In this chapter are you on South or North Island? Have safe fun---Thanks, Van
Another awesome episode!! Absolutely love the west coast. Gutted about the Hokitika Gorge track being closed tho. I'll add a link to the Hokitika Gorge trail if anyone is interested to see what it looks like. th-cam.com/video/w7uNU4o93A4/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
If you search TH-cam for: The Kea movie or The Kea movie Homer Tunnel , you'll find a traffic cam video of kea moving traffic cones in an attempt to stop traffic.
The trouble of having 2 female bikers on the same island is Kinga already showed us that exact same area, even to the point of going up as far as the tourist information office , finding out the cost of the tour and saying - No Thanks and then retreating back to the camp site. As you have show us but in an edited format. Cheers Runa.
I would think carefully about, as an influencer, advertising a product that is well documented as having numerous technical problems, for which the supplier in Austria/China does not take responsibility. It is unreliable and irresponsible behaviour.

I think i will go for a visit on my bike 🏍
It is fun following your travel across NZ. I am so glad I found you through Kinga!

Hi Runa what beautiful Awesome Amazing Gorgeous place love the blue water 💦 😊

A bit on the late side right now, but will have a peek tomorrow.
