Felicity is next to Beterverwagting and is located in Demerara-Mahaica, Guyana.
Beautiful homes can be found all across Guyana. This little community is Felicity on the East Coast. Not many homes are for sale in this community. They are are a few pricy vacant lots that are for sale privately, you may believe you're buying a home somewhere in South beach Florida when you hear the prices.
Guyana, a country on South America’s North Atlantic coast, is defined by its dense rainforest. English-speaking, with cricket and calypso music, it's culturally connected to the Caribbean region. Its capital, Georgetown, is known for British colonial architecture, including tall, painted-timber St. George’s Anglican Cathedral. A large clock marks the facade of Stabroek Market, a source of local produce.

Lovely houses 🏘 the way you get those houses work very hard save your money 💰 and buy build what you want some people do not like to work but wonder how these people get what they have they only want government to help them
Soorsatie you are writing trash I'm a guyanese living in triidad,harding working people in Guyana cannot work in that country and build a house like that unless they are ppp politicians or druglords or they work abroad and return with their foreign currency.Look your government said it's giving out grants for bookGuy$30000 to poor people,how much is that?less thanUs$150.Show the real Guyana please.

There are people who work very hard but just don’t catch a break. Then we have the ones who feels, that the govt will pay their way and others who feel people who do get to a certain status, owes them. So we have all different situations in life 🤷🏽♀️. The important thing is to be happy and happiness does not mean big house, nor large bank accounts for everyone. Many with much more than this commit suicide today. Why? Material things does not buy you friends , family, health etc. People will come around but they are not friends, they are just grabbers. Life is short and beautiful, live it with love and respect, for when you leave, all this gets left behind with you know knowing what become if it. Dont just focus on work work work, have a balance in your life. Don’t loose your health to gain wealth, then loose your wealth to regain health. No one knows when or where we exit this world. Put down your phones, shut the noise out, look up in the skies, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, the wind, see the rivers, mountains, stop and have a hearty talk with someone with lesser foundation, there’s so much more than four walls in this world that God created for us to enjoy before we leave. Love and respect 🥰❤️

I don't like close up filming of people residence its like intruding on their privacy. How about a drive thru instead. I am looking at this through the lens of living in the US, but different places have different laws. Peace ✌️✌️
