Gracie Banks don’t do it “just before” to avoid breakouts and reactions and flare ups on your big day. Do it a month before to let your skin heal properly and have you glowing before your wedding day.

That was maybe one of the grossest things to come out of my skin (or truly, from my ear. Haha). I loved this facial with Biba. For everyone asking, she charges $300 for a customized hour-long treatment. We also have an episode of The SASS with Biba on how to gua sha at home soon! ❤️

She did a great job but this is overpriced and a way to sell a lots of products. Health professionals, like physiotherapist charge as much or less and are very important. As woman we pay too much for beauty and then we neglect what is really important, salary equity, retirement funds or health for example. It could cost much less; be confident , stop waiting for others validate who you are, beauty is from within.

I like this, she started first at the collar bone(I am presuming to open up for the drainage) then from décolletage upward for the lymphatic treatment. She got so excited when she found that ear pimple.

I almost fell asleep watching this facial. That is how relaxing it looked..
If you want to clear your skin of black heads; prevent them . Whenever I ate sweet potatoes, I noticed that my pores had released a lot of sebum, It is like my skin had renewed, my skin looked clearer. Sweet potatoes prevent the blood sugar from spiking and promoting inflammation. Their content in vitamin A is probably why the skin looks so good after you eat them. Also earphones rub against the skin in the ear and prevent the sebum from escaping through the pores, then the pores enlarge and the sebum oxidize (becomes black).
Biba has the best voice for ASMR. This video was so relaxing.

Bicarbonate of soda and citric acid together? I don't get why they'd do that since they neutralise each other out?
Questions: a) r u required to wear gloves? That seems rather uncomfortable
B) what baking soda product r u using? Doesn't it alter the Ph badly? What about toner etc?
C) no serums?? Only Sunscreen?
Eastern European aestheticians are the best and most educated. The ones educated here are not educated they are just groomed.. sorry for my French. I looked at the comments to see if anyone else thought this was weird. I’ve been an esthetician for over 20 years. I use gloves for extractions, but come on! Especially creepy, loose gloves? I don’t get it. Are we so paranoid now that we can’t even have human contact?

Daniella, there’s some great demos on TH-cam and you can get your jade stone on Amazon. I’m doing it now and I love it! Not sure and the exfoliating part Biba mentioned, it’s meant to used as a lymphatic drainage tool. I the tool with a jade roller for $10 on Amazon. Woohoo!

She’s a professional so she knows what she’s doing, which is completely different from a diy at home
its called desincrustation. Its great for skin actually but id recommend just having a professional esthetician do it.

I believe they said in the other video that she doesn’t do specific treatments, but she always customises it for what your skin needs. That honestly sounds amazing, choosing a facial yourself can be difficult.

Gua Sha is a traditional skin care in eastern countries
If you don't blackheads in your ears. Wash that area as you would the rest if your skin and rinse them but don't put water inside your ears though. Let it run.
What color and brand of lip color do you have on you lips. Looks beautiful!

@@FadedOwl84 for starters the gua Sha stone is to be laid flat against the skin to prevent tugging
@@FadedOwl84 you're also supposed to use slower more purposeful movement gliding the stone across the face. Going from the nose out to drain the lymph nodes

Exfoliating with baking soda?????!!! Wtf. Also I'm East European and there are none East European facial techniques, the only one that might be considered that is always doing extraction with facials.
I wish I could get a facial so badly but I am 14 so I can’t I would honestly love it so much if someone could do it for 14 year olds
Brogan and Tegan X a lot of spas will actually do facials on 14 years olds and some places do even younger and have special kids facials. I would look at the places near you and what they offer facial wise and talk to you parents.

That is not plastic, they are usually made of Jade or Rose Quartz and they are great tools for the skin!
