No sugar, no oven! Quick holiday treats! Melts in your mouth. You have to try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 g dates.
Soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
40 g (1.4 oz) Stevia cookies.
30 g peanuts.
Roast in a frying pan.
30 g (1 oz) dried coconut.
1 teaspoon instant coffee.
1 tablespoon water.
Mix.
A pinch of salt.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
Crush in a blender.
Remove the center of the dates.
Cut into pieces.
Put the dates in a blender.
Grind.
Shape the candies.
Put the dessert in the freezer for 15 minutes.
130 g (4.5 oz) sugar-free dark chocolate.
Melt in a double boiler.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Mix.
50 g (1.8 oz) peanuts.
Grind.
Mix.
Dip the candies in chocolate.
Put the dessert in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Use paper molds.
Enjoy your meal!
