Quick and easy dessert for your family! no oven! no flour! no eggs! They're gone in 1 minute! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
250g biscuits.
Grind in a blender.
1/5 cup pistachios (25 g).
1/5 cup cashew nuts (25 g).
1/5 cup almonds (25 g).
Grind to medium size in a blender.
1/3 cup dried coconut (40 g).
3 tablespoons cocoa powder.
Mix.
2 tablespoons melted butter (25 g).
A pinch of cinnamon.
180-260 ml. milk (the amount depends on the composition of the cookies).
Gradually add milk.
Mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey.
form a cylinder.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
200g dark chocolate (reserve 30g for garnish with chocolate strips).
Melt in a water bath.
Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix.
Dip dessert in chocolate.
Place in the fridge until firm.
Chop some pistachios.
Decorate with chocolate lines.
Decorate with nuts.
Place in the refrigerator until completely hardened.
Dessert placed in paper shapes.

All those beautiful expensive nuts and the best you can do is mix them with store bought junk biscuits? If I was going to make these they would start with a batch of short bread cookies made with butter. Standards must be high!

Я делала, абсолютно другой вкус. Если убрать кокосовую стружку, то как наши батончики. А наше пирожное "Картошка" (настоящая, на бисквите, а не на печенье) намного вкуснее.

So quick and easy to make. To help the chopped pistachios stay in place, I suggest using just a thin horizontal strip of honey before you sprinkle the nuts on top. The honey will stay moist in the fridge so the nuts will adhere to the little cookie logs even after you take them out of the refrigerator. My husband loves these little treats. У нас изготавлиаали пироженое с названием,, картошка". Очень похоже. Только там использовали обрезки из тортов. Дочь моя их очень любила и мы покупали их в кафе по дороге из детского сада домой. Теперь у меня уже и внуки большие. Рецептик сохраню.
