No sugar, no oven! Not just a pleasure, but SUPER ENERGY! Melts in your mouth. You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
80 gr. (2.8 ounces) dates.
70 gr. (2.5 ounces) plums.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
Roast 100 gr. (3.5 ounces) peanuts in a pan.
Grind in a blender.
Set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish.
Add plums.
Remove the bones from the dates.
Rice cake 30 gr. (1 ounce)
20 gr. (0.7 ounces) dried coconut.
Grind in a blender.
Add 1 teaspoon ground ginger.
½ teaspoon cinnamon.
Juice of half an orange.
I got 50 ml. (1.7 fl oz) juice.
Mix.
Form into balls.
Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes.
170 gr. (6 ounces) sugar-free white chocolate.
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Mix.
Dip the balls in chocolate.
Decorate with nuts.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
