When did the sculptor start hardening the sculpture? I keep making most where I leave a bunch of finger indents while I am molding the clay and I usually end up warping my figures limbs back into blobs. This is why I harden the clay immediately by oven baking and I repeat on low heat until I finish 😅

When a part is completed and no modifications are needed, bake it first. Use a heat gun
