Oh Ann, this is the first video I've seen of yours, and I can already tell that this channel will change my life! You are such a lovely teacher with such a delightful energy; I love feeling like I'm sharing my excitement about papercraft with you 😊Thank you for the work you do here!
I'm loving this laminating series of yours, Anne. Thank you so much for doing all the research and for generously sharing all your 'findings'! I haven't had time to try anything yet, but have purchased several items in readiness (including matte pouches). I didn't know they existed until your video. They are expensive here in Australia, but never mind - so are many craft items we use, but we still buy them! I love watching your videos - you are a great teacher and so kind in sharing your knowledge. Big crafty hugs from Down Under! x

Thanks so much for showing us the matt laminating sheets and all of your tips and tricks with them. I’ve just bought a box of them and can’t wait to get started!
What I LOVE about this technique, is that some of the cardstock I use cracks along the fold lines and makes your finished project look shopworn, or old and abused but not in a good way! When you laminate -it solves that problem! Love all aspects of the laminating process! It’s a game changer.
I love your video's. I like making custom notebooks for things I'm working on and I've used your idea to make book covers. I've found gift bags that I like the pictures on the front and laminate one side which makes it easy to use as the cover to make a book cover. Thank you for your videos.

Hello, new subscriber here from the US. I've recently begun using a laminater , and I came across your channel. I'm quite impressed with all your creative inspiration. I've been paper crafting all my life, and always interested in learning new crafty ideas.
Hi Ann wow , again totally amazing, I can't wait to start making mine , not long moved house and in the midst of decorating , guess which room is getting done first lol XXX Thank you for sharing
I discovered how to do this many years ago, by accident, but had forgotten all about it! Thanks, Ann for reminding me. Also, I've been doing it without any paper in between, haven't found it necessary and it saves on copier paper.
Cooooool! You can seal it again! Wow! Ive punched holes in my laminated crafts and , of course, the lamination loosened in the holey parts. Will try to double pass through laminator once holes are punched. I was also going to try making a big hole before laminating, passing thru laminator, then punching a smaller hole within the bigger hole. That might work too for single punched holes. Love your tutorials!

I don’t have a laminator, but I do have the small Minc and I have a lot of 4x6 regular pouches. I put pattern side down so that the shiny side was on the side that wouldn’t be seen. Very happy I’m able to use what I have.
@@PositivelyPapercraft But if you break the seal by doing it traditionally and cut off the sides, can't you just reseal it like you did the bookmarks by running it through again?
Lol. It’s was as if you were reading my mind , I was thinking that you get that from ordinary laminating and then you responded with do it this way and then you don’t get the clear border around it . So clever Ann , great at crafting and all these amazing ideas and you can read minds too . Hehe . Tha’ you so much Ann for all you share . X
Love the die cut book mark and the great tips for making it. I am going to try making a double sided page. I laminated a couple of things the other day and forgot your tip for trimming the edges to get the backer paper off.
Your printed papers are so beautiful. Do you use an ink jet or laser color printer? I’ve gotten so many great ideas, since I stumbled across your channel! Now I know why I bought my laminator! Have regular pouches, now I ordered the matte too. Thank you. From across the big pond in the Western USA.
Those are great tips for making double sided lamination Anne! I wish the matte finish pouches were not so expensive here though, I can't justify the money right now. I have had some trouble with lamination wrinkling in the middle. I think the heavy papers I used were too much. I don't think you need the copier paper in the middle if you are laminating full sheets either, just makes it too thick.
Bless you Ann ! Got a friend to order the matt pouches for me,(I am hopeless...) not had time to use them yet. But looking forward to using them ! Thankyou so much, wonderful stuff.
Hello Ann... I must say, before I watch... I'm enjoying your enthusiastic videos of laminating. I have been using a laminator (I have both hot and cold laminators) for artistic use, for decades.
