My good friend of many years was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia 2 years ago at the age of 63. His symptoms have increased rapidly and he is now using a walker and living on a Memory Ward. We no longer converse other than saying hello to each other because he can't verbalize and has no idea who I am. It is beyond sad.
I would have liked the interviewer to ask the doctor what the 15 preventative measures in the report were, rather than redirecting the interview to discussing the shortage of family doctors.
