You are enough, life is way too short. My mother used to say "why worry about tomorrow because tomorrow may never come". This saying is so true & people forget this in modern society with all its "expectations". Tomorrow may never come for you so you should go easy on yourself, let these so called "expectations" slip and look after yourself & embrace your loved ones every day. I almost died in 2016 & as a result of this I now have a heart condition. It changes your perspective on life. Look after what needs to be looked after, like yourself, your family & especially when you are busy with your business, during busy times, let the housework slide, you can only do so much. I love your videos. You are special. Self care is so important. My mother used to say "a house is meant to be a home". Blessings and take care, Elaine.

Please don’t feel bad for feeling sluggish in November. We used to live in sync with the seasons and at this time our ancestors would be slowing down for winter. The world as it currently is makes us feel out of sorts due to the fake modern fast paced world that ignores the seasons and makes us feel guilty for acting unnaturally. I hope you manage to feel more at peace and take things at a pace that feels right for you Xx

I am feeling the same way right now. I am so busy and I have no employees to help me out so my house & husband are suffering me working 18 hour days. It will level out and then you can rest and refresh! Take the moments that you can even small to just breathe and tell yourself you are enough!!

But I really try to take moments for myself with a christmas movie and a glass of wine or something and just enjoy it.
