Hi, I swapped my original 1970 2.2 for a 3.2 twin plugged short stroke engine. The tacho for the original 2.2 is not compatible with the revised electronics in the new engine. I used a tachadapt to make the original tacho work. On start up, the tacho now shows the rev limit from the revised electronics.
