I just booked HKG-ORD in business class with 75k Finnair points for early next year. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll get to try their new product since I’ll probably be on their A350-1000.
The new 'Aria' business suites/pods are being rolled out in about 3 months on the 777's. I am hoping it really provides a freshness to the business class product. Flying in late June, I'm keeping all fingers crossed that I get on one!

A35K is very new, plus the Aria suite will take a couple years before fully implemented onto the 77Ws so atm A35K has better biz seats than 77W

Cathay airlines is the best airline I’ve ever rode, I also rode business class

I think you should fly out of HK as there pier lounge is great and the catering out of HK is much better as Cathay’s base is in HK

What route are you searching? Asia miles redemptions are difficult but not impossible like partner ones are
