Tracking Post-Tropical Debby and areas of flooding!

Major flooding has been reported under the areas that saw 3-4 inches of rainfall from Post-Tropical Debby this afternoon. There were water rescues and people trapped in homes, even some rescue crews stuck. The rain has ended but there are still multiple road closures. I'll go over the details!
