That shade of red is beautiful for you. It’s not so much that we try to look younger, but we do want to look contemporary and current.
Everything you have said is 💯! I’m 70 and have always pushed the envelope and never er stayed in the correct lane. Certainly I don’t do foolish things.
You look gorgeous as a blonde it was a great choice I assumed you were a blonde at one point because it goes so nice with your blue eyes. Red is my favorite colour so glad you took the chance you look fabulous.

Lately I’ve had some face framing layers added to my usual hairstyle, just enough to give it more movement yet easy to maintain and not as severe as all one length (used to work on me, not so much any more). Additionally, as I have a bit of arthritis here and there (and one titanium hip) I’ve decided that most days I’m going to wear nice sneakers rather than feeling a little unstable on even low heels. I wear heels when I feel like it, but mostly I’m having fun and feeling more confident when my feet are firmly planted and I can move more comfortably. You’re so right, confidence can take years off!

You look really nice in red Cathy! Great color for your skin tone and hair. I really want to try the Spanx jeans...do you find their size charts to be accurate? I'm always very concerned about buying jeans without being able to try them on first. I like that they have the belt loops even though they are pull on. Just wondering about the size. These are very good tips, and I agree with the confidence component! Follow these tips and the confidence will be easier to achieve!

Hi Cathy, thanks for the great video. Personally I like how you looked in darker hair, you could still pull it off with highlights I think. I LOVE SKINN Cosmetics DermAppeal exfoliant, it's fabulous, I always buy it when it's on sale at TSC, I'm never without it. I love to wear sneakers with jeans when it cools down. I have my hair short. It’s easier for me to take care of it. My husband told me I actually look better with my hair short. I’ve been waiting for it to go gray for at least five years now. And it’s still salt and pepper. More on the pepper side. And I’m 65 years old. I do take care of my skin. I have been very into skincare for the last twenty years. I wear sunscreen everyday. We moved to the south five years ago. And my husband has had a few precancerous spots taken off his face. I bought him sunscreen for men. But he doesn’t wear it. And the spots have all been on his left side. I told him it’s from driving. That’s the side that faces the window and gets all the sun. Maybe someday he will listen to me and start wearing it.
Please cut your hair Kathy. You look so much better with your hair short. This current length hits you at the wrong spot on your face. I hope you are not insulted as I am trying to be helpful.
I agree though the shorter darker hair is really nice. Try Harry's mens skin products.
I am insulted, I am tired of people commenting on my hair. It's my hair, don't let it worry you. I'm in the process of growing it out.
