Visitor visa extension fee - $370 (as of the upload date)
In this video we will also talk about visitor visa extension reasons, b1 b2 visa extension sample letter (written statement), visa extension requirements. B1 b2 visa extension processing time is typically 3-4 weeks, but it might be longer these days due to the current situation.
These steps are also applicable to F1 visa extension and many other categories mentioned in the video.

Thanks for a very informative video. We are here on a multiple entry B2 Tourist visa - do you know if we spend more than 30 days in Canada when we come back into the USA does it reset our time ie will they issue another 6 months. Some people have said Canada doesn't count as leaving and some people have said it does it its over 30 days - Any info greatly appreciated as cant find answer online - thanks Chris

Thanks for the videos. Do you know if we have to fill in where it asks for USA address? We are submitting the paper application. Currently touring the USA in an RV so don’t have the same address for more then two weeks in a row. We entered from Canada with a B2 status
Thank you so much for your informative video. Can I have a question please? I’m F1 visa from Vietnam, I’m on Doctorate program until Aug 2026 (stated on my I-20 form), but my visa is expired on Dec 2020. I want to renew visa so that I can travel outside of the United States.
1. For the question “When does your current nonimmigrant status expire?”, which date should I enter? Aug 2026 or Dec 2020?
2. Can I extend my visa until 2026? Normally, my home country only let us renew for 1 year only

first, this is the most helpful video. i have question, i want to submit proof of return home ticket but my initial ticket will have me return home on Mar 16 2023 and the travel agent can not change my flight ticket. what the chance if i submit without return date yet?

Thank you for the video. I am applying I539 for my parents but it saying single payment, combined payment of USCIS fees and biometrics are not accepted starting from April,1 2022. Is there any way to make separate payments?

Thank you for the video! My H1 expires on April 30th but my employer filed my extension on Mar 25th. My spouse H4 also expires on April 30th. But i yet to get my receipt number for my H1 extension since it was only 2 weeks. Now to apply for my spouse H4, we need H1 receipt number. So should i wait untill i get it or we can file H4 extension with my existing H1 receipt number. Kindly help. Thank you!

7.7 when my L1 visa approve,and I go back to USA again, does my spouse have to leave and back to USA to creat new I-94.we don't want to back and forth.

Dear I want to know that If I enter in USA and my visa is going to expire in two months, can I apply to extend VISA, can I? Remember its not stay its Visa...

If I applied for the visa extension (B2), could I travel to Mexico while the procedure is pending or I cannot leave the country? hope someone can help me with this info :´)
Two things: First you must be in status. Second: you must get a Mexican visa to go to Mexico. Keep in mind that upon your return to the US you must be in status.

Great information,, up until you changed the B1, B2 visa to something different just to be able to continue with your video. Thus changing the whole purpose of watching this particular video. You also don’t respond to any questions. Will not watch anymore videos from you as they now seem pointless

After biometric? What’s next??
Did u complete your biometric and u also change b1/b2 to f1 or any other status change and during biomatric did they ask anything interview or imegration questions or just an photo and fingerprints????

@@staceymuhia4282 Hi we have the same situation. I am still waiting for my result, I only extend for my tourist visa. I am now in my country, but I am worried that once I go back they will not let me enter the States.
