Sean, a couple of tips for you. When you cut with a knife, you want your knuckle as a guide, Don't cut with the end of your fingers in range.
The other thing is, get some camellia oil to pray on your new knife, that will stop it from rusting. Kudos for the free knife. I can advise you on a mainstream maker and a bespoke maker of Japanese knives. I've never hear of that brand before.
Whatever happened to Mongolian BBQ? It was the thing in the late 90's

Epic looking burritos my dude! Man, I love Mongolian BBQ! Bummed the local MBBQ place closed down year ago. I've been known to grill a burrito or two in my day. My go to is usually Carne Asada or Al Pastor.

YUM! So many thoughts! 1) I’m making this today with crispy chicken tenders . 2) I had to close my eyes when you finger tips were so close to that blade. Green bell peppers are unripe shit. They should be at least yellow or best red. Green bell is bitter and crap. Yellow is the only acceptability.

Okay, well, compared to what I have currently and being a beginner in the cooking space, it’s a nice upswing for me. I’m sure for a professional chef, there are better options but for me, it’s a positive change.
