I am truly enjoying these vids! Perfect slice when you don't have 30 mins to spend watching something. I was trying to pass through Monument Valley in August but it was closed. A great place to camp just past Black Bear (that is one of my personal favorites) is Valley of the Gods just past Mexican Hat. BTW, love your style with the box wine! Never thought of that. Rather warm wine than warm beer :)

I've been watching along since video 1 and this is great. I've pretty much ridden solo over the years so it's nice to see it from another riders perspective. I rode full dresser Harley's, then discovered the GSA from "Long Way Around", used my WR 250r to ride the TAT, but I'm now considering the KTM 390 or 790 bikes. The BMW was by far the best all around bike I've ever driven but at 54 years old I'm looking to go smaller and lighter because I find that's where I have the most fun and it protects some of those injuries that I can no longer ignore. cheers

Ha! I camped there before. They didn't have the little camper back then. Some guy would come buy and shake your tent. Too bad you can't ride a motorcycle in the Monument Valley Park anymore. It was a yearly stop for me on the way to Moab or the western slope. It's their back forty so it their rules. For a decent placebo hit Valley of the Gods just past Mexican hat.
