    🏃Hello! As mentioned, I'm doing the Great North Run in September to raise money for Mind. They provide vital mental health services in the UK, and I can personally attest to him important that can be for people. A small amount goes way further than you might think, so any donations are enormously appreciated. Thank you

    Regardless of his age and whether he goes out to pasture or not, one cannot underestimate what Johnny Evans has contributed to MUFC and still continues to do so. I think all MUFC fans see and understand this.

    • @juned2001
      @juned2001 28 วันที่ผ่านมา +23

      Does he do it for free? I mean every player gets paid to play football. What special Johnny Evans has done i don't understand? When he is not injured, he has to contribute when the manager asks, isn't it?

      Ignore the fool above. MOST United fans absolutely LOVE Evans. Obviously isn’t the long term and yes, there’s better cbs out there. But he love United and gives 100% no matter what. He was huge for us last season when we really really needed him

      @@aaronlloyd6905 You are a fool having zero ball knowledge.. Tell me 1 thing which i said is wrong. If you assume that i hate Evans that i must say you didn't even understand my comment. I said what special did he do? He was given a contract as an additional body in defence. If other players got injured then he has to play. He signed a contract. MU paid him. So, I don't get what the fuss you are trying to make here? Any player has to play if being asked by the manager, simple. It's pathetic fans like you who hype football players.. It's not even that he was asked to play in a different role. For god sake, he is a CB and he was asked to play a CB. What's so special about that??? If someone say this about Amrabat then i can understand as he's a midfielder and he was asked to play at LB for so many times.

    De Light is great, the biggest issue is the leaks in midfield and the unreliability of clinical finishing in the front.
    Martinez, Shaw and AWB showed this issue during their 2nd place season. They played hard, they were amazing, but it didn't help when they constantly got hammered by attacks because the United midfield and attack were not scoring and messing up chance creations.🤔

    De Ligt was the golden boy worth as much as Joško Gvardiol, but Bayern dropped him because Kompany doesn't want him and sold him for 40m+10m(market value is 65m), also Utd is able to pay in 3 yrs installments. So, he's definitely a bargain for Utd, as long as De Ligt keeps fit, same as Mazraoui, all they have to do are stay fit.

    Icing on the cake is, ETH gets to showcase his prowess and tactical nouse with no pressure at all. Every journalist was on his neck demanding his sack after every game lol. Even knowing fully well we'd lost crucial players and how average his squad was. I'm also happy that our new signings can adapt at their pace since their back ups are class: I mean Hojlund-Zirkzee, that's ckass, Dalot- Mazraoui class also. Good luck on your run! I have always been skeptical about De Ligt as he didn't really impose himself at Juventus or Bayern. However Adam raises a fair point, having a consistent manager means the style of play would be consistent. So it would make sense he struggles of the managers keep changing.
    I just and cautious about United simply buying players whom have previously working under ETH for the sake of it.
    That being said we needed a good right sided centre back who still had a few more years to grow before peaking. I still would like united to buy a defensive midfielder and get a left back on loan if possible.
