Example：你一（yí）到就给我打电话。他一（yì）说我就笑了。but I’m not sure about the exact pattern they are following. Also in spoken Chinese, if two 3rd tones （ě） are together, we tend to make the first the 2nd tone. Example: 给(géi)我
一（yí）旦（dàn）找到工作，就有钱了。我一（yì）开（kāi）始就说了。 so looks like if the following char has 4th tone, then 一 has 2nd tone, and if the following char has 1st tone, then 一 has 4th tone. (“then” here is another example of “就”, “indicating the result of something”）
我花了两年才完成这个任务。the implication is not that was quite late.the implication is the project is too difficult that it takes me two years to complete it. 我花了两天就完成这个任务。（the project is too easy)，that only takes me two days to finish it. i treat your videos as English listening materials,and actaully they are quite great.
Is saying 去就去吧 considered rude? Would say it in a frustrated/annoyed situation, or is it a slang way of talking to your friends and not considered rude? Thanks
