Good review. One important missed feature is the Centre differential lock button located to the right and just below the steering wheel. Great feature in deep snow or off road, but if this button is used accidentally on dry pavement it could be a disaster to teh drive train ..fyi ..... just ordered the 2016 model as me thinks were getting to the last of the true 4 x 4 's that will be available in the future....

Unfortunately this is the last generation for the GX. Lexus is planning to replace the GX with a new SUV called the TX. I've ridden in the 2015 GX multiple times and the ride is so soft and extremely quiet :)
I think it looks extremely ugly and weird. I generelly don't like slow, giant vehicles like this type and this specific model was just looking weird. So, thumbs down from me for the choice of car. The all-new, up-coming Lexus GS F (2015) and the stunning Lexus RC F (2015) though. That's cars in my taste. One fast and luxury sports sedan and one sportscar. Any chances for you to find those models and review them? I would love to see that, cause your reviews are great. :) Have a nice weekend!
Simon Li I did write that I think the GX 460 looks ugly and that GS F and RC F looks good. If that's the same as comparing them, it might be so. But facts are facts - that I think this SUV looks ugly and that I think the other two types of cars I mentioned is looking good. So, I don't see where you want to arrive with your message.
+supremefantastic Its funny you think this truck is ugly comparing it to cars with similar grills.....Unless you've actually driven this truck you wouldn't understand why its one of the best choices in its class.
I'll be hitting the lottery soon. I currently don't own a car but I don't think I'll be getting this ugly truck. Man this thing is not an attractive truck at all. Very disappointing. I might just stick with getting a Highlander.
I have this SUV and although it I would like for it to have more Trunk space, I think I would not like for it to be longer. Remember, you could always load thing on top. I cannot deal with the interior design of the other SUVs, so I went with this one. I love it so far.
I see so why would you want to go any faster in such a big truck. They can sometimes easily tip over. Just my thoughts from once hitting the speed limiter.

greetrigh28 I agree I like it but not as much and the 2010-2012 models. The new grill looks like there trying to add more of a menacing look.

its a nice truck but no trunk space a big let down...you cant even load up a camping tent without lowering the back seats..
