Oh my gosh! I don’t know how you have enough hours in the day for everything you do! I got tired just watching you. L O L.

I really enjoyed watching this video, I’m a teacher so in reality I probably work a 50 hour week at least 😴 but I always convince myself I don’t have time to workout…this is giving me motivation to attempt to workout before school! 😄

Do it 💪 my hours are 8-4, so much less than you, I'm at the yard 4:30-8ish, so morning is the best option for me! X

I've just realised how local to me you are! First Sutton Park and now Burton on trent and Cannock Chase? All places I know very very well!

I found this super interesting. Both for how you structure your workouts but also as a little glimpse into how you juggle being basically a professional athlete in terms of time invested. It would be awesome to learn more about how you build your sport (yard stuff, riding, workouts) around your working life. Like I wonder - how many hours does your working/sporting week have? Stuff like that.

I can definitely try adding that into a video. But for now, I work 37.5hrs a week, train myself around 4-6hrs a week and spend about 2-4 hrs a day at the yard x

@@bethendurance Thank you so much for the numbers. I am so impressed. That is quite a few hours. Would love to hear more so if it fits into your vlogging plan that would be super. Not that I'm not happily watching your vlogs as they are. :)

Great video! I think I need to add another strength session to my week. I try to stay fit because it helps me do the barn work, etc and not be a sore limp mess at the end of the day. And I love Yoga with Adrienne! I'll try that other, was it MadFit? I'm dealing with new Achilles Tendinitis right now, and I'm afraid it'll hurt to ride.

I have left achilles tendinopathy so I literally feel your pain, lots of slow heavy as you can eccentric heel drops do the trick 👌 and yeah I really like Madfit 👍💪 x

You are such an inspiration!! How did you get so much discipline? And how do you keep your mental healt so high? (If that is to personal. Sorry!)

I have really struggled with my mental health in the past and it's a constant work in progress. I had a psychologist for 6 months who really helped get me up from a very low point but now there's lots of little things I do that keep me on track.
I've always been very disciplined, doing martial arts from a young age I think helped with that and having a horse means you have to look after them before doing something else every day of the year no matter what. But what I find really motivates me is a list 🙈 every year, start of month and start of week I write down all my goals big and small. Housework, exercise, riding, jobs, money etc so that I can tick them off, if I don't have a goal to tick, I find it hard to be bothered to do it. I keep a weekly paper diary and that keeps track of everything and keeps me motivated.
This also helps with my mental health. If I tick all my boxes I feel good about myself, exercise plays a huge part, I'm very low if I haven't trained for a week. Headspace also really helps me stay calm, rational and happier.
I don't get it right all the time, but I would say it's a good 50/50 and I'm always trying to improve on that. X

@@bethendurance thank you, i strugle with depression. Luckely my horse lives 24/7 outside, so i at the moment he is just enjoying his life, and when i have the energie i ride a bit. Before i rode allot of miles etc. But it is just hard to get back on track some how. And on the internet looks like everyone is living the happy life without any strugle🙈

Google the wheel of life, I always find that a good place to start and I'd highly recommend some professional input, once they teach you what you need you've then got those tools to use when you need them.
The Internet is awful for only really showing the fun happy bits, I try to remember that but it's definitely hard sometimes.
You've got this 💪 and I'm always here if you ever need someone to talk to x
