@@kaju17shivali stay on a calorie deficit and do some strength training in gym u will get results and don't eat junk a lot a small amount in weekends is good enough.
I term that meal as treat meal. It’s a reward for you where you slog for 6 days eating separate meals . That 7th day you have time to enjoy a meal with your family.
Bro one request please make a video on foods to eat during intermittent fasting if one is planning for 16:8 hours and will eat 3 small meals? What all can and should I consume to loose fat as fast as possible like you

I went from 120 to currently 75.1kgs Every Sunday night I have an ice cream with 1 packet of Maggi or a packet of chips/popcorn/kurkure after I'm done with all my meals. Really works and I always feel leaner and the weight always drops the next day after my cheat meal
For the longest time I worked out fasted just because it fit my schedule. Now I have switched to training in a red state, performance is slightly better while after a pre workout meal but I think it’s just placebo.
