Every time I’m in awe of what a gift you have for filming these vlogs. Music choices, humor, public speaking, timing, knowledge, choice of topics, etc. wonder if people realize how much work and time goes in to filming just these 25 minutes?
Loved the bit on the sunken barges! Very cool!💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟

This is by far my favourite episode (so far!) - the filming, cinematography, editing, narration are simply beautifully done. The portion about the old sunken boats was incredibly moving.

Could you feel the spirits of the boats and boatmen at Sutton Locks, I can certainly imagine you would.
I reckon you guys get more well researched and interesting information into one blog than most others in multiple vlogs. Clearly a lot of effort goes into them, they are really enjoyable thank you.

Eveytime you show a breathtakingly beautiful picture of the English countryside and I think it’s not possible to find anything that can possibly compare, you show yet another stunning bucolic setting that manages to outshine the others. Is it possible that every corner of England holds its own special beauty?

That was the best!!! You lads are one of the highlights of my week!!! Thanks so much, I’ve had the week from hell, mum to hospice, mother in law having another stroke, work being a pain. This lovely 17 minutes and 17 seconds helped my mind drift away from dark thoughts to positive thoughts of by gone boats, feisty calves, and massive ships, for that I owe you two a good few pints! Thanks again for the obvious amount of hard work you put into these vlogs, I appreciate every second!!!

This was SO excellent as usual. Perfect timing, filming, mix of humour and info, modern history excavation, old technology that STILL does it's job, and so,so much more. You two are an education in every department: socially, geographically, historically, and on relationship issues in hard times. I'm not even sure you know how therapeutic your Vlogs and Podcasts are, but keep on doing what you're doing! :-)

Gosh Colin I found that quite emotional. I’m 72 and so your historical facts on the sunken boats is my lifetime! I’m amazed at your ability to find all these facts, the boat names just finished me and I had to get the Kleenex out 😕! As is repeatedly said by everyone , the filming, editing, commentary and quality of your vlogs are just terrific, thank you so much, you have both kept me company all through the past year. 🌟🌟Joan( next weeks vlog looks amazing 😃)

Another fabulous video. What a sad sight all those boats are. 😟. But that swing bridge was amazing. 😊

Brilliant vlog yet again but over so quickly! The contrast of the boat graveyard and the active swing bridge makes it so interesting. More please! 😄

The Manchester Ship Canal, MSC, brings back fond memories of my ex father in-law, who was a captain for Manchester Liners, he was once presented with a Waterford Crystal bowl, for taking his ship all the way from Liverpool to Manchester without tugs, which apparently is a great achievement

Brilliant as always. The best narrowboat channel by far. A question: what is that revolving thingamajig on top? A windmill? Coffee maker? A teeny tiny generator? Stay well, guys.

That was just bloody brilliant. Your research into every topic; time spent organizing access to sites and the cinematography is top notch professional. Hate this think how much time you guys spend putting all this together. Love it if you went onto the Manchester Ship Canal!!!!

Great aerial footage for this vlog, such beautiful views. And the boat graveyard was fascinating. The photo posted earlier in the week was just a glimpse of the sunken boats. Take cover, RAIN!
