Wonderful looking pen! I would love to own one. The British are truly masters of fine quality in workmanship & choice of materials. It seems to be a cultural trait and I admire it greatly. I would wish the pen were an integrated fill of some sort. In my often irrational mind, I equate “lesser” pens with cartridge converters. But I’d still take it in a heartbeat! Thank you, Mr. Jecks!

Many thanks! I do know what you mean. I adore my vacuum fillers like the Viscontis and Pineider, and I really like the big piston fillers and eye droppers, but when I'm in the middle of a book, I really appreciate cartridge convertors purely because I can empty them faster and change colours when I am working mostly on the computer and don't need pen and paper!

Thank you for this review. You are one of the few presenters that shows Conway Stewart pens. I think the contents of packaging is perfect. I like the tray and the information for the hallmarks. I had a Yard 'o Led pen that was adorned with a lot of hallmarks that required an extensive research on the British hallmarks. Having it available in your hand is perfect.
It looks like a marvelous pen well worth investigating.

You're very welcome! And that reminds me, I do have to play with a Yard-o-led!

Coconut? I always thought KWZ smelled like vanilla. Anyway, beautiful pen but my pen budget currently stands at zero. I'm not even certain about our food budget with inflation the way it's been. I do have a Christmas account with about a hundred and eighty dollars in it, but I'm not even sure I can keep putting ten bucks a week in until things loosen up. I do have the perfect solution. I just need to hit the lottery. The odds are only 292 million to one. I should hit it first try.

Fair enough! TO be honest, having had a fresh sniff at my nib (the things I do for TH-cam) you are probably right!

Thanks for the review on the belliver. I bought one last week in green. A fantastic pen with a fine bib. Have you seen the silver coronation pen?

I haven't seen one yet, but I'm reliably informed that I'll get one to review very soon!

Mike, I apologize in advance for this off-topic question. Would you happen to have come across where Ferris Wheel Press inks are made? I know everywhere it says "designed in Canada" but I'm looking to find where they are actually made. I know the pens say the same, and I've confirmed those are made in China, so I wonder if the inks are the same 🤔 .
Thank you to you and anyone who would have any info.

      Dear Alice,
Just had a response from Ferris Wheel, and they say: " I'm happy to inform you that all of our inks are made in Canada using non-toxic dyes that are free of animal by-products. We take great pride in working with some amazing product suppliers globally to source high-quality components for our products. "
Very nice that they responded so quickly, I must admit - but that's what I expect from Canadians!
      Hope that helps
      Mike
