Looking at some of your older videos Martin. I’m sure the Good Lord has a special place for u in Heaven when u get to the Pearly Gates. Just not yet, keep up the great work and God Bless.
That was a cute video, I'm sure you had all the kids at camp giggling. I would imagine children find you quite entertaining my friend as do us old guys!
The camp brings the kids out to an old cabin where I am set up about every 45 minutes. I talk to them about living outdoors and teach them how to make perfect golden brown marsh mallows and smores after they have helped me erect a tarp shelter. That is the basic plan but so much more gets thrown in if it seems appropriate.
Martin you are obviously a great man with a big heart. Thank you for sharing your videos with us. May God bless and keep you and may his face shine upon you.
Gee Martin, I knew after watching the very first video of yours that you were special... I just had no idea exactly how special. I laughed at some of your clips with tears in my eyes. Keep up the good fight.
That’s awesome that you give back to help others in so many ways, well put together video clips, keep on keeping on and Best of luck always and thanks for sharing your videos.
Stumbled upon your videos last night. You Sir are an amazing man. Enjoying what mother nature offers us is an amazing thing, be well and please continue to share your videos. Hugh
Martin I must say you are a incredible individual. I thought you just did videos about your time in your Minnesota cabin and then I came upon the video clip about outdoor outreach and I realized you are a very giving, generous and caring person as well as a captivating videographer. My uncle once said to me after riding in a 500 mile bike ride from Fairbanks to Anchorage for AIDS research that I had earned my wings. Well Martin there is undoubtably a pair awaiting for you. Just take your time and continue your great efforts. No hurry and thanks for all you do. Happy New Year to you and all your followers. Pablo
Thank you Martin. Very interesting and I think shows the kind careing man that you are. Wish there were more of you!! Well have a happy Christmas Martin and many thanks for sharing this and all the truly wonderful adventures you have take us on at the cabin. I take my hat off to you sir.
Thanks, nice to hear it is loading OK and I do not have to make it from scratch. I had to add a few seconds so youtubes software would see it as a new video and not reject it.
What amazing work you do! I love the cabin videos and this just gave me so much more perspective on the good works you do...it was also hysterically funny. (love the donkey cart)! Please keep the videos coming as time allows.
Fantastic videos! Former Northern Wisconsin cabin owner. One BIG question: what do you about mosquito's and deer fly's on your canoe trips? They love me! Thanks again Martin. You are an inspiration to all us young guys.
I am fortunate that bugs do not bother me too much. I can be sitting on the same rock and they are all over the other person. Also the area of Canada around Red Lake is a drier boreal habitat and the bugs are nothing compared to the tundra and further south. I wear long pants and sleeved shirts. In the worst cases I will put deet around the underside of my hat brim.
Thank you, Martin, for all the outstanding content over the years ...we wish you a very Merry Christmas and an awesome 2018...with many more to come...May the Lord richly bless you and your family...Thank you!!! God Bless.
Hi Martin, Thank you, I have been waiting to see this video. I bet the children were excited to also see you at their camp! Thank you for investing in the future with these children! They will also remember your video and the time you spend with them at the outreach! Dan
It has been 15 years of the yearly camp at outdoor outreach and many of our first campers are now leaders which is really fantastic. Glad to see the video uploaded properly this time.
Merry Christmas Martin, all the best to you and your loved ones. Keep up the great work, you're a great inspiration to many of us and greetings from the Ontario Bush!
Love your videos. I bought some land in northern Minnesota a few years ago and built a small cabin on it. I plan on starting to build a log cabin this coming year. I don't get up there as often as I would like to. I can live vicariously through you until I am able to go up to my land. Keep up the good work.
That’s such a great thing to do that’s how I snare my grandchildren in so much is letting them pile in bed and watch the animals at night great work you do
You are welcome. I am surprised at the number of views of the reload so there must have been a lot of viewers that could not get it to load. It is the same video with a title page added so something went wrong during the first upload.
I truly enjoyed your video. I was surprised to see Kenya. I have spent 16 years there with the AIC. I love Kenya. A beautiful country. Thanks for sharing.
At 4:55 Martin's ride reminds me of a *lowered Unimog truck.* Well.. sort of.. Between Martin's cabin in Minnesota wilderness and somewhere past Timbuktu halfway around the world he sure does get around.
The funny thing about that Mule, it's not a mule its a Donkey. A Donkey is better known as a Jack Ass! Merry Christmas, happy holidays and thank you for all your work making the world a better place!
You are right on it being a donkey, did not notice my error until you spotted it. No written script on these kind of clips so sometimes my tongue gets tied up in knots. When there is time I just pause and start over and then edit out the bad parts later. i had the idea for this clip but it was not until the last day that we spotted the donkey cart coming down the highway and through an interpreter got the OK to do the film clip. The man really enjoyed what was going on and insisted I get on the donkey which I .did not want to do but he insisted
You are busy. I am glad you help out others. You should becaome a Amature Radio Operator (HAM Radio) o keep in touch at your cabin. Some times a Sat. Phone might not work and it has a big cost. Marry Christmas Martin
If I do a communication switch it will probably be to an Inreach device that uses the satellites for two way texting and is a lot cheaper than the sat. phone.
Please have a great new year everyone and Marty if you ever want a place to stay in Australia I have a house I let friends use..its a 4 bedroom cottage in Tasmanian wilderness
I know this video is 5yr old but i watched again and noticed you said Beloit and I wanted to find the tree farm. Ha. Its right next to Blackhawk Farms where i have raced motorcycles many time.
Yes, This one is labeled reload for that reason. There was a glitch in the upload last week and many could not get it to load on their devices so I tweaked it a little so youtube would allow it to be reloaded. Sorry for the confusion.

The videos by Brad Williams are the Outdoor Outreach I am involved with.
That building n Kenya looks like it was built by the Chinese
It is made of a local kind of rock. Soft enough to put screws into.
