As our handyman puttered around Hawks lake lodge and doing his best to explain that his wife at least finds him handy, and turning the lodge into a hot box. I thought I seen a wine rack made of old duct tape rolls in the background but maybe not! You can hear the squeal in the background so that means it’s meeting time again and the oath is recited. So to end this with a quote from a wise man “keep your stick on the ice” and god bless.
great idea on the mosquitos. Those babies are thick this year up at my cabin. I started dating a gal this week and I was telling her son about your videos on here and he started telling me about the day camp for kids he just got finished up at out at Williams Tree farm I believe. I was describing your video about bear troubles and come to find out he said you were his outdoor instructor at the camp. What a coincidence. I showed him your channel he liked it.

A fellow I used to work for, his late wife was friends with Steve's wife. Said when they were teenagers, they were always doing goofy skits down in the recroom... you know, good pure WHOLESOME fun and staying out of trouble. The RG show was shot in or near Hamilton, ON, about 45 minutes from my home town.
Before you pointed and said that was a toilet seat, I thought that was an empty picture frame and could think of a lot of people that would look really natural in it, most from Wahington.
Get a two wheel hand truck Martin. Also get a fogger so can do away with pesky bugs. Yeah women in the wilderness. Not everyone is the same. Some women like the outdoors and others just don't. Men are the same way. For me being outside in the forest is pure heaven 🙌

I can remember seeing them driving that van around our local area all the time. Their family property they filmed on is quite historic and was giving to them after the war of 1812 when a family member reported an American warship in Lake Ontario to the British. A small piece of local history for you.
I just got back from camping in a tent by the river , I know my wife would not enjoy my company with the mosquitoes and the beans I was eating . Best she stays at home anyways .
