I fast forward most of the video but , in blender when it comes to weight painting you get perfect results when transferring weights from the body to jacket 👍🏼
It still requires some extra work depending on jacket style, but again as most of my viewers I believe are hobbyists results are good enough for some cinematics and ide games.
This is awesome to see the full process from start to finish! I just wish you'd showed how it looks in motion, even with the standard UE walk/run animations, since that's the real test of how usable this jacket is. For the static pose, it looks great! I'm just wondering how it performs in gameplay.
End results really depend how much time you spend on smoothing out weights. But mine looks and works exactly like MH clothing. I will have another Mixamo tutorial for MH, so will use my clothing to show results.
What do you mean by that? to block out your map you can use obstacles or invisible walls. Really that usually is project specifics. And if you talk about max world size, then in UE5 there isn't one :D
Enjoy and share!
Very nice man!👌 Any idea for high heels?

Hey Maris, great video as always. Also can you make a video on map/world borders? Would be good to see your ideas.

Beeen waiting for this!
Anyone know why Unreal Engine crashes when I try to export the skeletal mesh
Sorry, that's a hard one. UE can crash for many reasons, check drivers etc.
Man I can't believe this is for free
Any recommend... In UE 5.4 we cant use Megascan European tree .. so is there any free tree to use in UE 5.4?
Watch my video "How To Add Assets that ARE NOT COMPATIBLE With Your Project Version" to see how you can add 5.3 assets in 5.4
@@MarisFreimanis Yess ill watch it... I want to do my project in 5.4 cause retarget is too easy instead 5.3.
