Well, in art (and I hope you agree that good music is art) everything is relative. In 19th century styles of most current classic musicians would be considered as totally not expectable. Everything is changing over time (or dies ) and I am grateful to these two for their true passion to cellos, music and attempt to make sort of bridge to those people that would NEVER go to see classical performance.
When I see them playing I feel like they love each other, the play so connected, it feels like they are soulmates in some way with their cellos and music as the bind instead of relationship

It's uncommon to see classical musicians / any musicians performing with such passion flooding out of their body as they play. It's obvious the adrenaline is pumping when they play, that's why they are soooooooo gooood.!

I remember playing this for a school concert in 8th grade with a former classmate of mine: Wyatt Kemp. We were competing violinists who just so happened to go to the same school. The performance, therefore, looked like a duel! It was my epitome of perfection back in middle school

I've seen these two "rock out," which they can certainly do. However, I have always loved baroque/classical music. In many ways this cements the fact that these two are not just some novelty/carnival act. They can hold their own in any genre. They obviously know and love at least a few of them. Even if classic, or alternative rock, or grunge, is not your genre, you should listen to their interpretations. I am not saying you should check out the originals and get all caught up in any interpreted meanings behind them. I'm saying you should check out the Two Cellos arrangements. They are absolutely worth a listen, or three, or fifteen.

this is a concert when they first played in their home town - Zagreb, Croatia. I've never heard Vivaldi played such passion=they also play Mozart and Bach. with equal passion

I've been sitting watching their videos for the past half hour and every so often I'm watching and I'm like "Wow, when did Jensen Ackles get so good at cello!" But anyhow, they're amazing, wish I could see them in concert at some point. Would be amazing.

These 2 are geniuses. Saw them live and would pay any amount to see them again . They make music come alive.

the ability to memorize that song is just as impressive as their ability to play it
If you master an instrument you get used to memorise music. Soloists, even for hour long pieces, barely ever get on stage with their score
You don't exactly memorize note for note it goes to your muscles and soon they like know what to do.
