Respect back! It's amazing how many haters out there think you can build one like this in a few weeks....LOL! They watch too much TV! This took over 2 years working on it every night and every single damn weekend.!!! Prolly over 2k actual man hours not counting research, design, etc. And....I'm trying to forget how much money I dumped into her....but, totally worth it now! Thanks again for noticing!!!

street22style beautiful build my friend! I am building a very similar set up. 97 TJ, stretched, Clayton, LS1 vette, 14 bolt, Dana 60, nv4500, metal cloak, ORI shocks etc. ton of $ and years in. In at a point where I need to determine a few things and I would greatly appreciate advice. Which NV4500 did you run? Novak or advanced? How much did you stretch the front? Ram assist?
Greatly appreciate your time and advice. Amazing build you have!

Randy Thompson My OCD gets the best of me. I tend to be an all in kind of guy even when my wallet doesn’t permit which can leave a project collecting dust. I have an NP231 that I will be using, slip yoke, savy cable kit, upgraded 1.25” chain. I currently have 4:88 gears that I will test with the low ratio’s of the NV4500 trans, however I may swap those down the road. I’m using the NP231 because I have one and they are somewhat durable, and I believe atlas is the same bolt pattern in the event that I blow it up.

Very, very clean rig! I'd love to drive. I will say for the money invested the welds on the cage should have been done cleaner. I'm sure they're structally sound, good enough for a wheeler, but for being a capable "show" rig as advertised I'm surprised how rushed and globby they came out lol

Alex, sorry for delayed response....been stupid busy! I actually cleaned the plastic thoroughly....scrubbing with a brush and a dewaxing agent. I also lightly sanded it but left all the texture. Then cleaned many more times with prepall. Made sure there was ZERO wax, dirt, etc. The spray on liners work well or Linex. Bonds very well.
