Easy Chicharron in a mild hot sauce my (style)

2 green tomatillos
1 red tomato
¼ of an onion
1 garlic clove
1 serrano pepper (optional)
1 cup water for the salsa
⅓ cup salsa verde
2-3 tbs to sauté the onions
2-3 tbs tomato paste
1- 2.5 oz bag pork rinds
1 tsp tomato bouillon
Salt to your taste
Enough oil for frying 
Toppings -
 lettuce
 queso fresco
