The best part of going to a restaurant is the chips and salsa. So glad I found you channel. I'm back in the South now and a group of friends and I have a theme gathering once a month. We are all flight attendants now retired but after traveling every continent with exception of Anartic, we love Mexican food.
This really is THE best salsa I have ever made. I've followed dozens of recipes and this is the one I always fall back on. However, I use serrano chiles because I can never find green chiles de arbol.
I love Salsa Verde and haven't made it in a long time, the only thing I do different is instead of boiling the tomatillos, I give them a bath in hot water to remove the 'waxiness' on the skin and then grill them and the chiles on my grill. It gives the salsa a nice smokey flavor that just seems to kick the flavor up a notch....
I've made this salsa multiple times and when I do, I always send some to my in-laws who are of Mexican descent. As a Hungarian learning to cook and love Mexican cuisine, it makes me proud that I've received complements from them, they loved the salsa and requested more ❤️ Thank you for the recipe! Omg Claudia... the title of the video doesn't lie. This is LITERALLY the ONLY salsa you'll ever need!!! This is DELICIOUS! You have never steered me wrong with your delicious recipes (your chile rellenos being my favorite!) My in laws are from Guatemala and my mother in law knows how to make delicious salsas; however I think with this salsa, I've met her match lol. Thank you SO much! Adding regular chicken or even better, the Mexican style bullion flavors that you can get at the Lindo is actually a secret trick that some of the best food trucks and restaurants have used for a long time for thier salsas. It really does add a major extra layer of good flavor 👍🏻

Just made this, banging recipe. I can only get dried Chile de arbol in my area and they’re intense, flavor most concentrate when dried or I just got a hotter batch. Glade I fast tested before I blended it I did roast red bell pepper for a sweet taste, in a second batch. Then started using cherry tomatoes for instead or Roma

I think that is part of the reason I'm still single 🤣🤣 just kidding. This is the second time I comment on this salsa. I have made your salsa a lil over 10 times since my first comment and it just keeps getting better. Today I made simple quesadillas with oaxaca cheese and decided to make this salsa again...OMG!! I made this Recipe on Friday to go with my Tacos de Carnitas. I already had all of the ingredients, except for the Tomatillos. Super easy and quick to make. It tasted so good! Next time I will add more Chille de Arbol to make it more spicy but it was delicious alone with my organic blue chips! thanks for this quick salsa receta!
