Get the truck, that Dodge is definitely nice project
That farm truck would be dependable. It's definitely worth bidding on
The white Ford?...Did you notice the back axle is pulled back?
@@nancyprovence109 I was on about the Cummins. The ram
That Ol' Dodge is pretty cool. It just goes and goes. It has done what it was bought for.... WORK! you can beat and beat on them, and they take it and keep moving. That thing is ready for the next goose neck trailer with cows in it.
I would dig seeing that Dodge flat bed on the channel.👍
Randy GET THE RAM they are a beasts. I think you would get a lot of views Uberman
I own a 13 Passat TDI, 117,600 miles and running strong. The lights come from the dead battery.
I agree. I don't own a VW, but when my Jeeps battery was weak, it caused the service air bag light to come on and a check engine light for a oxygen sensor. Replacing the battery fixed the "problems".
Well you said you wanted out from under a truck payment and there's your perfectly running Dodge LOL
He says this every year right... Sells his truck for a month or 3 months then goes right to the dealer and buys a brand new one for a tax write-off

Blue corolla for Nick
Go with the Corolla S 💪 my brother drives his daily with 280,000 miles... Would make a great first car, very reliable
All those dash lights are on because it's got a completely flat battery.
I bet you, charge the battery up or fit a new one and do a reset with an OBD2 device and most of those faults will disappear .
Hey randy, just a heads up for future VW/Audi stuff, the steering angle sensor and the traction control lights come on after the battery is depleted/replaced. Those lights will turn off after you make 2 full lock-to-lock steering cycles and drive 100ish feet. Good vid tho!
That TDI Passat was part of recall in 2016. Very rare to see those in wild. This generation TDI very dependable
24:20 you should definitely buy that Cummins. Take it to the auto spa. Get it detailed and slowly fix up the small issues overtime.
That ram truck will be a good purchase on the Chanel and series of repair of it
get that dodge my man .. that thing would be awesome to see on the channel..
THAT DODGE WOULD MAKE ALOT OF GOOD CONTENT/FIX WIRING CLEAN IT PAINT IT STEAM CLEAN MOTOR, SELL FOR PROFIT.👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
I like that old dodge flatbed very cool
Wow, looks like that Volkswagen got into a rear end accident too lmao
The corolla would be a nice first car. I would definitely get rid of that pioneer.
You should grab that Dodge truck I don't like Dodge but the engine and transmission are worth it.
My TDI VW from 2006 Jetta made it for 250,000 miles and came with lifetime satellite radio which I still use. Although the VW is long gone, sold to student. Only reason for selling was wiring between drivers door and body died, it was fixed but, menopausal insane ex wasn’t:🤣
I was actually curious if you could follow a few of the red bag vehicles and show them when they come out and up for bid, just as something different to show. I see 'partial repair' and other damage listed that would be neat to see.
Thanks for the video Randy. Always enjoy them 😅
Have a good day the old truck was cool
The Avalon next to the VW was nice.
That Tahoe would be a good series. MWMs Saab rebuild series is very enjoyable right now, just did some of the interior
Wow that suburban looks good you should bring it to the channel
Good morning Randy. The 2014 Volkswagen Passot is a good looking car even though it's got hail damage. The Chevrolet Suberban is a good looking SUV.
Hey Randy. Thanks for the awesome videos! You should definitely try to get that blue Toyota Corolla for your son. And the old Dodge Cummins flatbed would look great after getting it cleaned up. I hope you’re having a great day man!
On the Audi and vw when they go low on voltage or battery dies you have to spin the steering wheel all the way left and right and that light will shut off, TPMS lights also no sensors they’re built into the wheel bearings so more then likely needs air and a reset on the tires.
i love sound of the old cummins straight piped
most of those lights on the TDI will clear once you drive it and all those sensors have an input signal. I own a TDI sport wagon and it is at 220k miles and gets 45-50 MPG awesome car!
I hope you wash those hands after touching those nasty cars. You never know what substance is in them.
Those hay spikes would be great for tailgaters!
That Dodge Cummins is your money maker
That GMC truck with the frame damage reminds me of a Ford F450 city utility truck with a cherry-picker (bucket on an arm) I saw recently at a maintenance facility. The story was that the driver fell asleep and went off the road, hit a burm, went airborn and landed nose-first destroying the front end and bending the truck in half.
Good morning. Yes would keep an eye on the Dodge Challenger.😊👍
Appreciate your videos as always Randy. The Challenger could be interesting even though electrical stuff is worrying. The old Ram is pretty rough but that would sure be some content right there. Try and bid on the Corolla and see what happens even though it doesn't run great. Awesome as always.👍
The rear axle on that Suburban was offset. Check the right side @5:30
I like that Dodge Dually, that would be a fun one to bring back
Hi Randy how your day going I like that Dodge scat pack be a nice car to bring too the channel or may that old Dodge truck and send it to Brain at the auto spa
The 3500 Dodge has great potential. Quad cab 4x4 dually fixed up is highly desireable.
Keep it up Randy we love to see it!
Randy, be very cautious with that black Chevrolet Suburban. I had a 1999 GMC Suburban with the same electronic transfer case switching setup. It sounded like a good idea, and the $225.00 cost for the option wasn't that bad, but it was terribly problematic. The electronic control board was manufactured by Lucas Electronics (also know as the Prince of Darkness among some British car enthusiasts). I owned my 1999 Suburban from new until it had 212,000 miles and its only recurrent problem was the failure of that electronic control module -- a part that cost a minimum of
$760 to replace -- and it failed routinely at 30,000 to 45,000 mile intervals. Finally, at 150,000 miles, I just told anyone who drove --DO NOT TRY TO USE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE -- as you were stuck in whichever mode that the control module failed in, and after having it fail in four wheel drive low, I determined that would never happen again. That was the last four wheel drive vehicle that I will ever own, but I would still gladly own another two wheel drive Suburban -- just not annother four wheel drive as I do not need four wheel drive to tow my Vintage Airstream travel trailer.
I want you to get the Old Dodge and give it some love
You need to pop the trunk and put the jump pack on the battery. It works a lot better jumping from the battery. Legit Street Cars just bought this one and he had trouble trying to jump it under the hood also.
Randy, it would be cool for you to find an auction where they take all the damage cars they use in movies....
That drivers seat in the scat pack looked like it had been underwater.
Randy that VW you looked at all the lights were due to the battery. With them miles the High pressure fuel pump is about ready to fail and that pump alone is around $1000 and then you should change the timing belt & water pump you can get them from Fcp euro for a few hundred dollars. Then you have to have someone with the special tool to install all that. That VW was on the buy back list from VW so the motor might be under warranty depending on when the recall was done so it could be sold again
Man you should really make a video on how to get started with copart step by step and your experience
The Sterling, a picture of the steering wheel on the instrument cluster that means the key it has to be re-redone to
Have you ever put a hail damage car and let it set out in the direct sunlight if it's summer, let it get hot and get a couple of bags of ice and rub the ice over the dimples and most of them will pop out, remember cover the windows so that cold water or ice doesn't hit them!
Yes good old second generation Ram Cummins flatbed with manuel maybe rurf on outside but under hood she's tough.
Chances are the VW has the same issue as the Fiat 500 when the battery's dead or dying: it goes into Disco mode! 😁
You’d be stupid not to buy that cummins. Those parts are dirt cheap and all over. That trans and engine will be worth more then you’ll be paying.
Hi Randy that corolla - s is good for Nick. For real 👌🏾
Great video as always.
Hey my Passat has 178k miles and the only problem I have had was the A/C compressor, 2 batteries and CV axles. A lot of those errors are the damn clock spring. They have extended the coverage until 200k miles for that. I just had mine done for the second time. Would love to have that one if it was a standard.
Pick up the Scat pack.. I wanna see the process of getting it back up and running
Good Morning There My Good Little Bro Randy Lee Shear Of Auto Action Rebuilds
Commins says it all worth the bid
True ranch truck, hard life!
That scat pack or the dodge truck with the Cummins would be a good flip
I like the Toyota Corolla Randy. I just brought a 2006 Toyota Corolla LE a few weeks ago. They are reliable and get good gas mileage 😎😎👍👍
Love your channel my friend! I just bought a brand spanking new Elantra se in ultimate red color. Would love to hear your thoughts on it! People who own them love them but seems to get a lot of hate from car guys. Appreciate any insight and feedback on the car!
Keep up the great work!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Hey easy on the Eurocars. I daily drive a 2010 Audi S4 that has 235,000 miles on it. I could get in it and drive it to California from Florida if I wanted and confident it will make it. Not that I'd want to go to California anyway, but you get my drift.
I'm liking the Cummins too
It has been fun you get Ram or the Suburban for a dicent price . Mike's Saab starting to look great now. Would be fun to see the Suburban in awesome sheap. It's easy to get parts for it.
Love the Dodge Cummins Randy 😎😎👍👍
Am I ever glad that TH-cam doesn't have smell-o-vision. The "notes" of some cars are pretty much visible.
Btw, the Passat is only end of life because it was made in the US, other than the name badge it has nothing to do with the euro Passat. Unfortunately, we mostly get US, Mexico or Brazil VWs here and are missing out on some cool models.
3:00 she's a track star 😂
I thought you loved nick 😅would be a money maker for a ambitious young man ❤
Get that OBS suburban! I’m a sucker for those old body GM SUV’s!
The TDI (diesel) vws run forever
Randy id love to see you cruise around byars man! Haha
dead battery = lots of low voltage codes so will probs be ok
Next first car lol You're funny Randy
nick should get that blue corolla
2001 cummins didn't even have catalytic converters... it's a manual it won't be cheap. The manual swap alone is worth 4-5k.
Vw flat battery you have to turn the steering wheel lock to lock to reset warning lights
Those error codes on that Volkswagen doesn't matter in Tennessee. No inspection here
Surprised how a old dually in the most worst condition possible runs but a, about 2018 widebody scat pack does not turn on 😂
You have finally found miķe à tow Truck and parts hauler
Morning Randy , how many vehicles are on your watch list and can you do a video on the Carfax on them ??
I'm a Passat owner, here in the UK, VW are known for their reliability over here, always leaves me surprised when you talk about them being so dodgy. Mind you, blows my mind when you talk about a 2.5 litre engine being a little one (brings up the question, with the US being so anti-metric, you describe engine sizes in litres?).
Anyway, in to my point, some of those errors could have quite a simple solution: I had an ABS sensor fail, it ended up causing three system failures, ABS/stabilisation, tyre pressure monitoring, start/stop system.
It might be worth taking a look at, just a shame you can't take ODBC blocks on to the site.
Love your videos serious question for you do you have Asperger's because when you see a certain vehicle you like you kind of fixate on it
It's great to see you still posting quality videos every day. Are you still thinking of quitting TH-cam?
Nice Challenger i like it a lot
the vaLLEY HICH IN THE FRONT THAT A BONUS LOVE THE TRUCK NICE TRUCK A LITTLE LOVE
That TD I didn't lose Prime you need to wait for the glow plug to warm up or it might have a heater grid but same case
😂 96 degrees you don’t need to wait for glow plugs guy. New to diesels?
You should start looking more at Hondas and Acura’s
Looks like they would have put that bag of Challenger parts in the boot, unless it was also full of stuff or they couldnt access it.
Get that truck .. manual flat
Bed ..
Worth restore it
Get the TDI tune and delete it, straight pipe it, and rip it with 40mpg
Corolla's have a really good resale value. If the body on that was straight 7,000 easy
Is that stuff under the lip of the Challenger hood some kind of wax/polish?
Noti gang strong 💪
You need the old Dodge
Could need a new battery or Alternator.
When every light comes on, that could be the problem
Get the Cummings
