Sal. Idea. Let's do a charity fund where if x dollars are raised by y days, one of the prizes is that you have to do an entire back issues episode in full Alan Moore garb, voice and persona (preferably doing a Grant Morris book)?
At least Superman: At Earth’s End gave Linkara a lot of material to work with and make memes and catchphrases off of. So that’s something to be thankful for.
The S Stands for Santa makes a lot of sense. With his superspeed and senses he could get the presents around the world in one night and make sure he does not get caught.
I want to know Bruce's thought process in having a display of the gun. Did Bruce just pick up the gun and declare to Alfred "Make a sign so I remember this was the gun that killed my parents!" and no amount reasoning could talk him out of it.
Prime back issues. Sal picks a random ass story and dog shits on how awful it is for a little less or more than an hour while Ben and Ethan try as best they can to understand what the hell is going on. Absolutely love this one.
It finally happened. It's like a Back Issues pink unicorn. *My mind is breaking, I think I'm having a heart attack too.* I love you guys, you make my life so much better for thousands of hours now. (I rewatch some of them, on occasion) Keep getting closer to 100K, you deserve way more!
I see this so often and think it's just me and my issues, health and life related that have, over the past 3-4 years kept me indoors mostly, which is what led me to somehow stumbling across these guys and gal.. Previous to that, I was fed the channels, well the two comic channels, that are most prevalent, with the millions of subscribers. I thought those were good, until I found comic pop... Idk what it is, but I also watch them over and over and daily, maybe it's the seeing them as they explain it, or the honest and pure personalities, morals etc. But imo, I agree that they are the best and the fact they have 5-10% or less of the subscribers as comicstorian and comics explained...it's a TRAVESTY. There has to be a reason...I believe it's the fact they don't fill every video with ads every 5 seconds like most all of Rob's videos or backroom deals that allow youtube to make more money somehow, comicstorian etc. But regardless, they have kept me alive during my darkest and hardest times, and I wish I could afford their Patreon or anything else that would allow me more access to them and their content as literally I've watched EVERY back issues, more then once, going back the full 7-8 years since they started. Cheers.
Ah Superman earths end or the adventures of bearded idiot in a post apocalyptic setting also it had Superman punch a robot in the chest calling himself I am a man! which was really funny but also stupid.

It’s stories like these that motivate me even more to become a writer and do better than this, love the episode y’all, it already feels like a classic to me
It's amazing how after so long back issues still feels fresh and funny. Sal, Ben, Ethan and Tiffany you guys are truly the highlight of my week and instantly put a smile on my face
I honestly tend to watch back issues more frequently (new and stuff I’ve already listened to) during the summer because I listen when doing yard work. So there are moments where to everyone else it looks like I’m laughing while making a stone path or something lol.
I love you guys for episodes like this! Just Holy Jesus levels of wtf and Sal sarcastically leading us through with his quips about classic superman lines and Id software games. Beautiful. Evergreen episode of Back Issues.
The number of times I had to rewind parts of this episode because I thought I missed some detail that would explain what the heck was happening only to find out NOPE; I didn't miss anything.
What is even more bizarre about the whole twin clones of Hitler thing is that someone had to have also made matching Nazi outfits for them, because where else could they have got them?
Hey now, _2000 AD_ is called "the Galaxy's greatest comic" for a reason and I would love to see more _2000 AD_ on _Back Issues!_ If we're avoiding the trope of anarchists living in a dystopian future, then I recommend _Slaine: The Horned God_ by Pat Mills and Simon Bisley, which is probably one of the top 3 greatest graphic novels ever written (and the art is great too) but never gets credit for it, possibly because its British and not American If however the idea is to totally lean-in to that trope, I recommend _Nemesis the Worlock_ by Pat Mills and Kevin O'Neill (plus a few other artists)
I remember seeing this on a table in a comic book store a few years back. Never read it but superman with a beard and huge guns seem good back issues material.

Yep. And a long running meme was born.
Yup.

Two in fact. One mustn’t forget: “But of course! Don’t you know anything about SCIENCE?!”

This is cruel.
