I like the blade shape on this one a lot more than the others. 3:00 Knife Steel Nerds gives M4 the same corrosion resistance rating as 15V, which didn’t you get rust spots with? Happy new year, Doody.
Ooh a slim in m4? First demko that has my attention, looks like a real performer. Looks like it would probably fit the same role as a manix, something about like that. If the HT and edge geometry are comparable I bet these rule. Edit- these cost a lot more than I thought. Kind of competing with Hinderer more than a manix. Made in the US is cool though, and I'd probably pick this over most hinderers
Demko’s ht is extremely good! it holds a nice edge and is extremely tough and held a shaving edge after doing some pretty hard use tasks, and then when you do eventually have to sharpen it the edge comes back very nicely and very fast
If you can I’ve heard m4 is a steel you can do a low grit on one side and a high grit on the other to get better edge retention. I think neeves knives was talking about it. Maybe ask around to see if that’s true or something I’m making up in my head.
The two cut tests that I consistently watch every time they drop....Cedric and Ada and the Dooood!
Fuck yeah’
Didn’t know Demko used M4! Looks like a sweet slicer Dood
From one price range to another, would love to see the CJRB Acacia cut test!
Nice cut test as always Dood :)
Man I want this model
Love my slicer ad20.5 in 20cv, crazy sharp! Hope to try the big boy version some day

Yeah definitely similar to a Manix!
