Shamani asked a very good question- How did he stay for 15 years? He did not win on the basis of vote banks. People who have been part of those phase I have met and talked with few of them. They mentioned RJD's workers used to loot the ballot paper box from the voting booth and used to replace it with their own. Or threatened people and sent one worker with voter inside to cast vote to RJD. Many more stories are there. You will know when you go to bihar and talk to those people who suffered in all those 15 yrs. The very first time in strict voting happened, he lost badly.
