      So glad we could help! One of the main reasons we started this channel was to show people how some of the basic things they do daily can cause pain, and there can be simple solutions to it.
      With regards to your condition, I have found doing simple neck and shoulder exercises can help disrupt some of the pain and also the tremors. These exercises may help: th-cam.com/video/8bgq5AjzK3g/w-d-xo.html
      Additionally, I’ve had some good success with percussion massagers. I use the Hypervolt from Hyperice. They can not only help relax the muscles and increase the blood flow, but the frequency of the percussion can also disrupt the neuro response, reducing the tremors and muscular spasms.
